Marcus Lambkin revienta pistas desde 1992. The Plant Bar, de su propiedad, fue nombrado como el más chido y ruidoso de New York.

Tras varios sencillos con DFA Records (Things, I Got a Feeling), en septiembre lanza su primer full-lenght “From the Cradle to the Rave” bajo la producción de James Murphy (LCD Soundsystem) quien también colaboró en la escritura de varios temas.

Rush de House, Neon Disco y Techno. “From the Cradle to the Rave” reune a algunos viejos conocidos: Alexis Taylor (Hot Chip), Nancy Whang (LCD Soundsystem), The Juan Mclean, Sasheer Umar (House of House), Planningtorock e Ian Svenonious (The Nation of Ulysses, Weird War).
